Pozz svima

Završilo ljeto i brle opet napada.

Trenutacno sam 180cm i 72 kg ( smanjio 2 kg na maturalcu ).

Cilj : povecanje mase , nauciti single leg squat , snatch i windmill sa kb-om

Molim vas da mi prokomentirate trening, jer sam njab , a prehranu cu staviti Smile
