Bok svima zanima me da li se može kod shake za dorucak umjesto vode uzeti mlijeko i onda naravno izbaciti mlijeko u prahu!?U ovaj shake ide baš sirova zob? Hvala

pitanje u shaku za mršavljenje jel kuhana kava a u shaku za poslije treninga jel to kuhani gris ili samo prah ?

Jaja nikako jest sirova zato što je puno veca iskoristivost kuhanih jaja i zato što se može dobit SALMONELA.
Takodjer kod dugotrajnog konzumiranja sirovih jaja dogadja se sljedece: sirova jaja imaju velike kolicine avidina koji se u tjelu veže s biotinom a tjelo ne može razgraditi tu vezu i javlja se sindrom nedostatka biotina http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biotin_deficiency ...
Tako da UVJEK KUHAJ JAJA!!!

par savjeta - jaja nisu kao nkead ,zato ne preporucam da ih se stavlja sirova njih izbacite,miljeko u prahu pa po meni je "zdravije" koristiti normalno miljeko ,a imam jedno pitanje ,jedna salica zobi ili griza to se misli na sirov ili na skuhan ?
