Hip Hop abs sam probala ovog proljeca....... Meni je to prelight trening i ako se vec trebam umoriti i potrošiti sat vremena u danu mislim da ima puno boljih treninga od toga.

Niti prvi niti drugi plan prehrane mi nije dobar - premalo proteina i uh nikako za veceru (šta ce ti ta energija iz uh navecer?).

WTF, ja ak idem spavat u šh ujutro, u 00:59 je vecera.
Kao da nije dosta sto cu bit bez hrane 7-8-9h, treba jos na to dodat 3-4h prije spavanja?
Ne stima mi racunica.

kakva hrana prije spavanja? tri, cetiri sata prije spavanja nebi trebao jesti.

hehehhehe, uh za veceru definitivno ne al nisam htio o tome za sad jer me  jako zanima Bahino objašnjenje zašto prvo žitarice pa pred spavanje banana?

meni je opet ok. jedino stavi bananu pod veceru a žitarice prije... dodaj i jogurt uz žitarice, možeš i uz bananu. a u jogurt dodaj još sjemenke lana i/ili sezama.


juha i riba ok, bijelo meso i riža opet ok. dodaj povrce. (ne jedi juhu iz vrcice)

Opet proteina uneseš oko 40-ak grama dnevno , za neaktivne osobe , dakle neki minimum, minimuma  da ništ ne radiš bi bio 0,8g po kg tjelesne mase........a to je da bas nist ne radis, ti ne uneseš niti pola toga.....a trebao bi barem ako koliko vidim treniraš i nogomet i vjezbas dodatno unositi ajmo rec š,5 g/kg
naravno ovo je sve okvirno, ali dobra polazišna tocka, sad dal je nešto manje ili više tak nebitno, al ovo nešto proteina u  š obroku je dale premalo........da ne velim da ih poslje treninga uopce ne konzumiraš.........

Gdje su masti u prehrani?


Neznam koji ti je cilj, što uopce želiš postici sa svojim tijelom? ali koji god da je jedeš malo.....

Pa kak je dobar taj jelovnik?
Gdje su proteini, odnosno koja je to kolicina, pa ne pojede ih ni minimun potrebnih niti za neaktivnu osobu, a kamoli za nekog tko se bavi sporotm i tko teži bilo kakvoj tjelesnoj transformaciji......
Također kalorijski debelo nedovoljno........

Feta je slana i dosta teški i rahli sir (zakoooon u salati), tak da mi ni baš jasno feta kao namaz i još k tome sa kakaom Big smile 

meni jelovnik djeluje ok, ima vitamine, minerale, ugljikohidrate i proteine navedene, sve kaj ti treba više manje... samo taj sir definitivno nije za veceru.
