U potpunosti se slažem, mislio sam da misliš na niski, jer kad se ne specificira to mi prvo pada na pamet, kao i uvjek, poprilicno se slažemo, samo do dođemo do toga... hahaha :)

u biti jednako se izvode kao i obicni sklekovi
što još preporucate? danas sam bio u intersporta i nema bucica

pa sklek je sklek, ovo nije sklek nego staticka vježba, samo je slican položaj, tj u "višoj" varijaciji je isti kao gornji kod skleka

Meni su i sklekovi i plankovi vrhunske vezbe(dobro, muske slekove i dalje ne derem nesto posebno nit' mnogo, al' trudim se ), definitivno se osecam(a i izgledam) mnogo bolje od kad sam njih ubacila u vezbanje, umesto sto sam kao vecina zena, uvek vezbala samo noge..

I slazem se, odlicna je vezba spustanje i penjanje uz niskog u visoki plank, izgleda jednostavno, ali odere te vezba!

ahaaa kontam. dakle uzmem ovu šipku i onda kasnije kako vježbam tako povecavam težinu plocastih utega. recite kako da vježbam s njima (ponavljanja, serije)
