  Da, cak je preporucljivo da ih uzimaš......osim što vrlo vjerovatno iz prehrane ne dobivas dosta i svakodnevni naporni treninzi, a vjerovatno jesu ili ce biti, barem bi trebali biti da postignes zeljeni rezultat ce ti isto oslabiti u neku ruku imunitet i tijelo ce imat vecu potrebu za vit i min........
Jer umjereni , rekrerativni treninzi podizu imunitet, ali svakodnevni naporni ga cak i ruše malo, dodaj jos tome kalorijski deficit u kojem jesi..... tako da ti je kvalitetna prehrana itekako potrebna.
eto i to kaj je Pitbull rekel, voce i povrce svejedno moras

evo samo da vam se javim malo...

- ubacio sam od prošlog tjedna jutarnji kardio na orbiteku
od 60 min. , 5x tjedno (PON,  UTO, SRI , PET , SUB)

-osjecam se puno bolje, sve lakše radim neke vježbe , a motivacija mi je na
najvišoj razini

Tako je, neki izvor proteina uz to
btw. ne treba ti ova jabuka navecer, bolje uz taj sir pojedi
orašaste ili žlicu maslinovog/lanenog ulja....

predivno proveden današnji dan:

jutarnji kardio na orbitreku - 60 min.,

šetnja poslije rucka - 2 sata,

i na kraju dana, nogomet u dvorani - 2 sata,

- uh baš se mocno osjecam , spreman za spavanje
