i na kraju 60 minuta orbitreka

ja nakon sto sam bio kompletno u gipsu s sarafima u koljenu
sam samo orbitrek radio po 2h dnevno.odlicno je jer nema
udaraca

Ako nije dobro trcanje, pretpostavljam da i preskakanje
vijace također nije dobro...

Svakako izbaciti trcanje.. previše je tu opterecenja na koljena... odradi orbitrek za svaki cardio.. kansije ce se moci trcati

Super si krenuo, smao tkao nastavi i doci ceš do zacrtanog cilja u roku š2 mjeseci

  nemogu u teretanu jer mi je najbliža teretana udaljena 35km.
