treba mi trening definicije misica,al me zanima za definiciju dal se vise ponavljanja radi ili vise serija...i dal neko ima neki jako dobar trening definicije gornjeg tjela...hvala

 za definiciju se radi dosta kardio treninga i manji unos kcal od potrebnog.

znam za cardio ...izdefinirat gornjio dio znaci uz cardio koliko radit ponavljanja i serija vjezbi...il je to sto si reko kraca pauza?

 ma on je mislija na onu staru zabludu sta dosta ljudi misli na pocetku kao vise ponavljanja za definiciju npr š2-š5 a manje za masu npr.6-8. ali nije to bas tako jednostavno

Definicija se radi u kuhinji. Kardio? što je to?
Izbacio sam kardio, ne želim gubitak mišica, eventualno ujutro do pola sata na prazan želudac, ali i to sam izbacio
