Upravo tako, ak imas vagu izmjeri.......
No moja mjerenja su pokazala ovako , a jos jednoj curi na
forumu je ispalo tako kak sam rekel...

Jušna žlica, imam 2 vrste doma i u onu dublju mi je stalo
7g ulja, u plicu 5g.
male, tzv cajne nisma mjerio.....
Dakle racunaj da je jušna cca 7 grama ak nemreš
izmjerit.....
A kolko ceš ribljeg ulja pojest ovisi o tvojim
financijama.....

  Ne možeš izmjerit kad ti trecina ostane na žlici :))
Ma to sam napomenuo jer je ovdje na forumu pisalo da se uzme 2-3 jušne žlice, a to je onda malo više od preporucenog, ali nema veze, nece štetit niti više.
Zadnjih par dana nagnem iz boce i ne zamaram se s tim sitnicama

Ma ne ostane ti ništ, odnosno to kaj ostane je
zanemarivo....
Ja sam napisao da uzimam 2-3 jušne.......uzimao bi i 4 da
mi nije ksupo........tak i na C vitaminu piše preporucebna
doza neka mizerija pa uzmeš 20 il kolko x više......
Ovak kad imam uzmem š0-20 grama ribljeg, ostatak
suplementiram maslinovim i bucinim

Dobro je znat ovo iako svugdje nailazim u praksi na
te doze od 20-ak grama.....

Po ovom sam na tom onda middle levelu od š0 grama ulja
vecinoma, odnosno kolko god to bilo EPA/DHA ........
Kad treniram 5-6x tjedno i kad dajem maximum onda obicno
podebljam to na te 3 ili 4 zlice ponekad, odnosno š5-20g

iskreno ni ne znam sta od toga mogu koristit??pa ono da nebi zavrsila na hitnu ne koristim nista od toga :D

Mislim da od ovog nema povoljnije, dostava na poštu u Brežicama, nema poštarine, može se unijeti za š000 kn, ma blažena deželaLOL

Jedno pitanje. Radim na skidanju viška masti, odradim sat vremena treninga sa utezima i nakon toga pola sata kardio pa me zanima hocu li popiti whey između utega i kardia ili nakon kardia?
