  Nisam probao ovaj trening, vec P90X..  i treninzi jesu teski, ali ne na nacin kao sto su teski treninzi s teskim utezima.. u ovom tipu treninga se vise trazi izdrzljivost.. ja na trecini treninga pocinjem osjecati umor koji mi je slican umoru koji osjetim dok udaram po vreci.. a dok se radi s teskim utezima, tu nastaje drugaciji umor meni... nije takav intenzitet, ali se podizu velike tezine i osjecas se mocnije..

Vidim da je na blog postu od Gym_girl zmaj kaze kako vecina nas nebi mogla radit vjezbe koje rade na extremefitness-u.. pa isto tako ne vjerujem ni da bi oni mogli radit cucanj ili DL sa 200kg kao Thorn ili neki drugi dizaci..

 da, to je to..ovdje se traži izdržljivost.... i treninzi su super za defku... nadam se da cu uspjet nekako uskladiti sa teretanom..iako sam razmišljla i da napravim skroz bez teretane...

 Ja uvjek sat-dva poslije treninga napravim po š00 sklekova i malo vježbam s utezima..Mene ubija cardio recovery cetvrtkom, poslije toga jedva hodam
šta mislite da kroz insanity ubacim CREATIN?

  Cardio recovery...tebi onda trebaju utezi... nemaš snage baš..ha? ;)

recovery je lagan poprilicno..a meni to što te to najviše ubije... daje naslutiti da dobro ne radiš ove druge treninge....odnosno.... da ne radiš dobru aktivaciju mišica cora i to......

 Zašto bi ubacio creatin? I koji ti je cilj?

Neznam baš da nemam snagu, ali to istezanje me nekako ubije nemam pojma zašto..I mislio sam ga izbaciti iz tjedna i staviti neki npr pure cardio..
A creatin, pa neznam, da bi postigo bolje rezultate, da me ojaca malo, da mi napuni mišice, da se napumpam

voda u misicima ti ne treba.. radije pij 5g dnevno kroz duzi period i radi na snazi..

Da, da, tako sam i ja odlucila. Dok sam sad još doma (tražim posao) i imam vremena, a i ne moram trenirati u KUHINJI!!!! Naime, preko tjedna nije bed skakati po stanu jer su susjedi na poslu, ali preko vikenda skacem po kuhinji!

Izbacit cu ga definitivno, nije gubljenje vremena, ali žao mi je utrošiti na recoveriy 40min a nisam se oznojio, nisam potrošio kalorije, nekako mi šteta to raditi...Definitivno cu ubaciti nešto drugo, a desilo se npr da u subotu nisam imao vremena za insanity, pa je onda to to, subotom se oporavljam, pogotovo navece
