Podesivu bench klupu, stotinjak kila utega, ravnu i EZ šipku, dvije bucice do š0 kg, švedske ljestve sa šipkom na vrhu za zgibove, klupu za trbušnjake na švedskim ljestvama, vijacu, a idem u teretanu jer mi je dosadno sam vježbati!

4 vrice za boks,šipku,nešto malo ploca,uetege za noge od 2
kg,pilates lopta,strunjaca,medicinka 4 kg,bucice 2x5 i 2xš0
kg,klupica,vijaca,orbitrek,steper...Uglavnom gluposti,ali
da se napravit dobar trening!

vako imam 2 utega od 3kg(za mene sasvim dovoljno) ,strunjacu i loptu.tila sam kupit i vijacu,pa me neko odgovorija,al ipak cu je uzest,jer vijaca je zakon!eto ti rekvizit vam je idealan za vjezbanje cilog tila.rade noge,ruke,skakuces i zabavljaš se tako sta se vratiš u dijetinstvo

  Ja treniram doma,jer nemamo teretanu u gradu...Imam 2 bucice,ez šipku,ravnu šipku,93 kg utega(2xš5 kg,2xš0 kg,4x5 kg,6x2 kg,4xš,25 kg,6xš kg),šipku za zgibove,bench klupu,kosu klupu za trbušnkake,sobni bicikl,sprava kombinirana(pec,dec,lat,nožni pregib),vreca za boks...

Ajde da i ja pišem nešto..

Imam nešto tatamija tankog koji je kao gymfloor.. dvije girje od š6 i jednu od 24 kg.. vijacu, elasticne gume, v-griper.. improvizirani rekvizit za podlakticu i zglob, 3 bulgarian sandbaga ( šš, š6 i 2š kg), šipku za zgibove, dvije male pilates lopte, jednu veliku.. tako neke stvari :S na proljece radim sled, i prowler plus nabavljam gumu od 200 injak kg po mogucnosti...
