Illy na benc sam ostao ovako  i sad još sam podebljaj taj cucanj, pa ne smije bit tolko blizu benđiliju

MP ti je skoro kao bendžo, opala jel radiš s bucama sjedece potiske? sutra su mi na dnevnom redu pa da vidim kolko sam slabiji od tebe

haha, na benc i ja ostao tako

a sve debljam koliko ide, stvarno iz treninga u trening.. bit ce nešto. samo mora vremena proci!

što se tice deadlifta radim overhand da ojacam grip... ali sad mi žao da me ogranicava

to je stari max na mp-u a ja radim po novim principima i max na benđiliju je otišao malo na gore  ne bih o brojkama, sgp konkurencija vreba  

sjedece potiske? ne baš. s bucama jedino kosi press i veslanja.

istina, ja koliko god stavio magnezija i koliko se god trudio overhand mi nikako ne leži, šipka klizi i moš ga mrzit..i do jedne tocke ide al onda moram mixed hvatom.

Kad je opce sgp? drago mi je za benđu, sam neka raste

btw, zaboravio sam da ti nisi bilder pa ne radiš sjedece potiske bucama

@ davor

nebu mu gurtne previše pomogle, a i grip slabi ak stalno radiš s gurtnama

Ja srecom ni nemam klupicu za sjedenje pa nemogu to izvodit.. Iako razmisljam..hmm.. da ju slozim.. imam prakticki sve pripremno..

Ja ne koristim bas bucice jer mi se neda u garazi ih slagat. Sad ce mi frend slozit viska koluta pa cu ih imat slozene stalno pa ubacit za bench i vojnicki..

da... neznam sad.. dali da pređem na mixed.. mislim da hocu, jacat cu grip na druge nacine

P.s ove godine i ja na sgp... nece biti ništa posebno ali napredak ce biti odlican vjerujem
