Evo danas sam probao zgibove do otkaza.. Prvo sam odradio 8 serija bencha.. I onda uspio 20 zgibova.. Ne znam dal da budem zadovoljan ili ne.. Zadovoljan sam s obzirom da sam od š.8. dobio š0 kg svacega.. Nisam zadovoljan, jer znam da mogu inace vise..

u svakom slucaju dobro
sto se tice bola, sto razloga moze bit, od presirokog hvata, prenagli trzaj ako se opruzas do kraja, i nepovoljne rotacije ramena pri izvodjenju vjezbe (da torzo bjezi previse ispred ramena)
moj sistem je sljedeci,
nathvat, fake grip, sirina - pedalj sire od sirine ramena, pogled u plafon, pokret zapocinjem skupljanjem lopatica i sipku vucem na prsa.
Kad se umorim predjem na chin-ups, i to je to

Ne moraš raditi svaki dan ali samo izracunaj koliko ponavljanja tjedno napraviš tim pokretom, a cim si došao do takvog broja ponavljanja u vježbi siguran sam da nije mali broj. Napravi racunicu za tjedan, i onda za mjesec pa ceš vidjeti koliko je to volumen, jer ovako nisi svjestan. Ja sam imao povredu ramena pa sam imao situaciju sa zgibovima nakon tjedan dana napornog rada gdje se pokazalo da prvo puca najslabija karika, a nisam ih radio iza glave. Ti nemaš povrijeđeno rame ali doci ce i to ako nastaviš ;)

Ovi ispred glave su sasvim dovoljni, pitaj bilo kojeg vrhunskog trenera ako meni ne vjeruješ. Ja sam provjerio kod nekih od najboljih hrvatskih kond. trenera a i šire i potvrdili su ;)

Shvacam te ja u potpunosti i još jednom hvala na savjetu :)

Evo moja prica:
- kad sam baš samo zgibove radio onda sam ih svaki drugi dan (3puta tjedno) radio minimum od 70 do maximum š00 to bi trajalo oko 20-25 minuta ali naravno sa puno serija u pocetku po š0 serija od 4-5ponavljanja a kasnije od 7-8 pa spuštanje repeticija u serijama dok nebi došao do željene brojke al ako si sve to zbrojim znam da je za mjesec dana preko š000...da to je velika brojka al nekako bi ja htjeo da je ta brojka i veca :))
- imao sam povrijeđeno rame što si rekao i za sebe, al sam imao i zglobove sjebane puno puta.
od bolova ramena znam da 2 mjeseca nisam spavao kako treba, to je bilo davno naravno...tako da nisam bio u mogucnosti napraviti zgib kao niti stoj na rukama a i najobicniji sklek je znao biti problem koji puta, al malo po malo upornost je dovela do toga da više sa tim stvarima nemam problema :)) ...osim kad radim bench pa osjetim pritisak u zglobu pri vecoj kilaži pa iz tih razloga niti ne stavljam veliku kilažu...
