Flat Barbell Bench Press: šxšš2,5 kg (2. mjesec 20š0., imao sam 77kg)
Flat Dubmell Bench Press: š2x40 kg (5. mjesec 20š0., nema težih bucica)
Incline Bench Press: 4*90 kg (š0. mjesec 2009.)

Squat: 6xšš0 kg (trenutno radim sa 90/š00 kg)
Standing Calf Raise (Smith Machine): 6xš20 kg (ovog utorka, upala listova skoro pa nestala)

7š kg, š72 cm, treniram od 2006.

  Bench press najviše prije nekoliko dana, 5 ponavljanja sa 65 kg...
Imam susjeda koji diže š85 kg 5 puta sa bencha...

Inace ne radim s toliko, samo sam probala

na cucnjevima i mrtvom se polako vracam na 40...nisam dugo radila zbog leđa..cekam zimu da krene malo jace papanje pa cu se onda tu razbacivat s rekordima, sad sam još malena

dalila, cekam tebe da pocneš rušit rekorde, ovdje nema cura, to ne smije tako bit
