ne znam si tezinu ni 1rm ali ima da izmuzem ovaj stronglifts do zadnje kapi znoja a onda dalje na neki jaci program,

Tako i ja...zato nikada nisam ni probao XD...meni je na 10 ponavljanja 42 kg :P dok ne odradim 3 serije kako spada po 10 ponavljanja ni ne povisujem kilažui :P

WOD cindy za vrijeme:
100zgib (u šutu bilo kojih samo da su pravilni i sa koliko god serija treba)
100sklekova (isto kao gore, extenzija ruke do kraja, prsima taknut pod, inače ne valja)
100trbušnjaka (klasičan trbušnjak, leć skroz da glava takne pod a u gornjoj poziciji da pazuh dođe do koljena)
100čučnjeva  (full squat, dupe do poda - ako ne ide onda maximalno dolje što ide)

moj rekord: 17:44

Tema je umrla, al da ju malo oživimo. Zgibovi - neznam zkj i zanima me zkj mi je lakše radit činove od običnih zgibova? Znači širina hvata je ista, razlika je samo u načinu držanja , ali kod mene je velika razlika? Činove radim 8 serija - 10 ponavljanja, a zgibove obične jedva 10 komada? Kako to popraviti?

Ja pokušavam sklekove do Broja 100, 75 sam uspio za sada.....nisam dugo pokušavao oboriti jer sam prešo na sklekove sa utezima :P
