Vjerojatno se može...ali kako ih radi se...to je vec drugi par rukava... vježbanjem (ako je nepravilno) možeš napravitiviše štete nego koristi...a oporavak jako dugo traje kad dođe do ozljeda... stoga ne raditi gluposti

Poceo raditi sklekove sada svaki drugi dan - nikad mi nisu bolje prsa stajala nego od sklekova.. oduvijek sam to mislio i govorio.. 

Nema, back to bodyweight vježbama i home workoutu..

i ja tako mislim i govorim :-) ja u zadnja dva treninga za prsa i triceps radim sklekove kao "glavnu" vježbu pa kad to odradim zaletim se do tavana gdje mi je bench i dovršim trening.vecina radi obratno.
puno više mišica je ukljuceno u vježbu kad se rade sklekovi u odnosu na bench,premda bench obožavam.
mene sklekovi super napumpaju

  Da se i ja uvalim u temu... Poceo sam trenirati prije 4-5mj... Prije nisam bas radio sklekove... U pocetku sam mogao jedva 20 iz suta, sad mi je rekord 60 (s tim da na 60tom poljubim pod XD)... Kad se uhvatim sklekova onda radim 200 u nekoliko serija... Recimo, šx50, 2x30, 3x20 i onda na kraju izguram seriju koliko najvise mogu, jednom sam na kraju napravio 50 sklekova, ne znam niti sam kako xD ... Inace, po meni najbolja vjezba za prsa...

 svaka cast benchu i dipsima, al sklekovi su ipak nekako najveci omjer izdrzljivosti u odnosu na tijelo... Bench je vise sirova snaga po meni, ne kazem da je los i ne kazem da ga ne radim, al ipak za sklekove na neki nacin treba imati i kondicije... Dipsi su takoder dobri...

tako je.. a što se kilaže tice.. ja kad vidim da frend od 90 kg može dvadeset zgibova ne zadovoljavam se da ja sa 80 mogu isto 20.. nego kad ja sa š0 kg oko struka napravim koliko i on onda je to to

  Uh, zgibovi su moja boljka, nemam pojma zasto ali mi bas i ne leze :/ ... A mislis na zgibove sa dlanom prema licu ili obrnuto?
