 Kratko pitanje što se whey-a i dekstroze tice, tu sam pocetnik pa da ne brljam 

s obzirom da otprilike po obroku unosim do 20 g proteina (š70,55 kg), mislim da mi je dovoljno uzet manje od mjerice, odnosno negdje 20-ak g whey-a sa 20-30ak g dekstroze, jel to ok? ili da dekstrozu držim na š:2

Ako je trening dovoljno intenzivan nema potrebe da iza njega nemaš otprilike jednaku kolicinu proteina kao i kod ostalih obroka, samo što je ova u tekucem obliku

Kod mene je recimo taj omjer negdje š:š

Ne trebaš dekstrozu baš na duplo više od wheya, mislim, osjetit ceš i sama je li preslatko ili ne - u slucaju da je tako znaš da si pretjerala s dekstrozom.

trebaš barem 35 grama dekstroze, nežeš imati dovoljno inzulina u krvi

i jedna mjerica whey ima oko 23 grama proteina (ako je koncentrat) tako da nema potrebe da paziš da uzimaš manje zbog 3 grama proteina

Dvije jušne žlice nisu tako sigurna mjera

p.s mora se glukoza, što ceš , inace, ako ti je teško za želudac stavi 50% maltodekstrina

 Znam, zato važem  a da, što cu...naviknut cu se :)

Davore, dekstroza ti diže inzulin, a on ti je potreban da ti pospremi aminokiseline iz whey-a u mišicne stanice....bez nje ceš proteinom nadoknadit samo potrošenu energiju ali ovo prvo ce izostat

Bez nje je neizbježna aminacija wheya u glukozu

 ma mislila sam što se kalorijskog unosa tice... ocu rec da je obrok whey-a, kao bilo koji drugi obrok, nekakav unos energije, u svakom slucaju bolji od nikakvog..

usporedit cu to sa posnim sirom o kojem se naveliko raspravlja koliko je dobar ili ne nakon treninga, a kojeg sam ja duže vrijeme uzimala neposredno nakon (trenerka, rucnik i žlicica kao najvažniji rekvizit ), cesto i bez podizanja inzulina tj. samog, i usprkos tome prilicno sam zadovoljna postignutim

e sad, slucajno ili ne - ne znam, sad je w+d kombinacija u igri pa cemo vidit razliku :)
