V: vani nešto (vec vidim da ce biti neka masna mesina

R: 100g tune + zdjela salate (matovilac, riga, 1 pomidor i 1 paprika)
Mo: 40g zobenih + 20g whey + 100g posni sir
V: bakalar i krompir kuhani na žlicu

9:00 kefir od tibetanske gljive 0.5 dl + 2 narance
11.00  kava sa stevijom, 30 grama oraha
13:00  4 pileca zabatka pecena na malo maslaca, 50 grama gaude,
kiseli kupus zacinjen maslinovim uljem
17:00 5-6 keksica od wheya i kikirikija
20:00  konzerva sardina, 250 grama posnog sira, šarena salata (kupus, mrkva, krastavci, paprika)

R: pogacice od tikvice, posnog i zobenih + pileca prsa + namaz od slanutka (+ luk i cešnjak) + krastavci kao salata
V: izmiksani bjelanjci pomiješani sa sjeckanim lješnjacima

9:00  kefir od tibetanske gljive 0.5 dl + grejp
11:00 caj od koprive, 30 grama pistacija
13.00  šnicle od 350 grama Cekin usitnjenog pileceg mesa, kiselo zelje, hren,
vegeta twist mješavina zacina za grill
17:00  palacnike premazane Milbona posnim sirom (2 jaja, mjerica wheya od banane, 30 grama oraha, maslac za prženje)
20:00  400 grama svježeg sira, kajenski papar, kiseli krastavci

pred spavanje ce biti još 30-tak grama pistacija i zeleni caj.

Dvije kave. 
R: proteinska pizza (posni, jaja, zobeno brašno + tvrdi sir, gljive, paprika, luk, pasirana rajcica, šunka - 2 % m.) 
MO: Šaka badema 
Još dvije kave.
V: 100 g jaja + 20 g gljiva (omlet) + šnita integralnog kruha + 10 g suncokretovih sjemenki sa 250 g posnog

R: paprike punjene purecim mljevenim mesom, grahom i integralnom rižom 
MO: home made marshmallows (stavit cu slike)
V: omlet u obliku palacinke (+ 10 g pirovog brašna) + posni i suncokretove sjemenke

I onda vjerojatno jako puno alkohola jer idem na koncert. :D

danas sam od pola 5 na nogama pa je i glad danas bila veca nego inace

6:30  kiselo mlijeko 0.5 dl, 50 grama oraha
10:00  400 grama domaceg svježeg sira, 150 grama domace kobasice,
kiselo zelje, kajmak
13:30  riblja juha, oko 300 grama šarana pecenog u pecnici, kupusna salata, ajvar
17:00  fileti haringe 170 grama, kiseli krastavci
20:30  500 grama Milbone, pistacije
