kao smjesa za palacinke samo u nju ubacis krumpirice i to je to...namazes tavu sa cim inace mazes da se ne zaljepi i bok :)

D: palacinka od raženog brašna (15g), 1 jajetom i 2 bjelanjka punjena zrnatim sirom i medom
R: pileca prsa na žaru (100g), grah crveni (100g), kiseli kupus (50g), rajcica, 2 wasa krekera
MO: 1 mandarina, 15 g brazilskog oraha, mladi sir (30g)
V: pileca prsa (100g)+ spinat (150g)+ zob domaca (30g)+ajvar eko s agava sirupom (30g)
Trening
PWM- whey + 45g banane
pred spavanje- feta sir (30g)+ljesnjaci (10g)

našla na jednom eko gospodarstvu u Baranji- znaci domaci ajvar unutra je paprika i patlidan ali ga ciko mjesto šecera radi s agava sirupom. Ja ne osjetim razliku :)

Bok svima! Evo primjer mog dnevnog menija, pa ako može neki savjet :) Cilj mi je izgubiti na težini.

8:00 40 g zobenih s jabukom, 40 g malina i cimet.
11:00 mandarina
13:00 120g piletine na žaru s cimulicama (mlado zelje) i integrlni krekeri
17:00 4 badema, zeleni caj
19:00 250g posnog, jogurt, 10g mljevenog lana

kornjacha povecaj sve za duplo sto se mene tice ..mozes ti jest nista i nesta sve ovisi o genetici sama bi trebala znat sta nepase tvom organizmu odnosno sta te deblja..i na netu imas brdo informacija nemoze ti pojedinac na osnovu par izjava napraviti savrsen meni i trening za tebe

moj HC plan (do ljeta)

preko tjedna:

D - instant kava (sugarfree)
-cardio 50min-
R - red bull (sugarfree)
-trening (cardio+utezi+cardio) 60min-
-cardio 60min-
V - nekoliko jaja i mesina

u medjuobrocima: zelenog/zutog caja oko litru i/ili jos kave

kako prepoznati da mi se metabolizam usporava?
i kako to sprijeciti?
da za vikend odradim "punjenje"?

u sasvim solidnom deficitu sam 5 dana (pon-pet)
--> al ni punjenje onda nebi trebalo sadrzavati UH jer nakon takvog "gladovanja" ili "posta" ...svaki unos UH bi (u teoriji) dignuo inzulin do te mjere da nebi vodio nutrijente u misic vec direkt u zalihe kao neka vrsta obrane metabolizma
vasa misljenja?

Nakon citanja ove teme zakljucio si da je to dobar plan?

Šališ se, jel da? Dorucak kava, rucak red bull? c'mon..
