moram u shoping, nemam nista od toga, DM ove zobene ne mogu? merkatorove? kako ih spremate :)
Dorucak : grejp+kriska crnog hljeba,posni sir+jedno bjelance+ kriska dzema nekog diet
M: jabuka
R: dvije sarmice-piletina + bijela kifla+salata
... ovo je moj danasnji, dosadasnji pokusaj... i mogu vam reci da se patim, ne od gladi vec od kombinovanja hrane :(

ima i u dm-u zobenih, samo gledaj da su ciste zobene, a ne neke djidji - midji pune šecera
Dorucak- ok, bar po meni, jedino treba znati koliko posnog, bjelanjaka i to.. može bit da je ok, a može biti i previše, pocni vagat ako ti se da..
Medjuobrok- ok, može i badema 15 g
Rucak- ok, bijela kifla mora out :D tu raženi kruh možeš (ima u dm-u isto pakovani raženi http://encian.hr/proizvodi/6, bar bi trebalo bit nesto slicno--samo gledaj da je 100% raženi)

pozz i ja bih ovdje pisala i nadam se ponekom savjetu :)
danas
D: zobene s malo meda i lješnjaka
MO: oko 10:30 - neka verzija cheescake (tjesto su mekinje i zobene, nadjev- posni sir i biokativ),  3 mandarine
MO2: oko 13:30 - jabuka, b-aktiv
R: oko 16:00 -7 dkg sira edamca, paprika i pomidora , malo dvopeka ( zato jer imam predavanja odmah poslije posla)
V: oko 21:00 - 2 jaja i blitva

D - raženi kruh vita star (55g)+ komad pecene puretine (65g)+ crvena paprika (50g) + 1/2 žlicice kokosovog ulja
PreWM- 100 g bijelog grožda + salica zelenog caja
PWM - Myprotein 30g+ banana (45g)
R- Junetina 80g+ mrkva (50g)+ grah crveni (120g)+ zelena salata (90g)
MO- jabuka + 5g brazilskog oraha+ salica zelenog
V- 1 cijelo jaje+ bjelanjak (70g)+ paprika (170g)=omlet + delux sunka (40g)
prije spavanja- jogurt + orasi (10g)

R: (oko 18:00) - pileca prsa iz pecnice (cca 150 gr), jedna paprika, jedna poma, malo int. riže
90 min teretana/aerobni
PWM (oko 22:30) - posni s malo meda i lješnjaka
idem spavati odmah nakon PWM

v: kajgana od 3 jaja+ kupus+40g lece kuhane
mo: 200g zrnatog

moj današnji jelovnik:

- 250g posnog, 35g zobenih, 100g jagoda

- 3 mandarine

- 100g raženog + 100g pilecih prsa u ovitku

- 150g piletine + 200g krumpira sa blitvom + zelena salata

- salata - tuna, zelena salata, žlica bijelog graha iz limenke i žlica kukuruza

- 250g posnog + 100g malina

ma di ti nabavis jagode usred jeseni? ja bi jagode sad jela :(

moj danasnji meni:

o1: 50 gr integralnog kruha, 80 gr pilece slim i fit, 20 gr abc sirnog namaza, kava
o2: 100 gr pilecih prsa, kuhani kelj i krumpir, naranca
o3: naranca, doza wheya, 1,5 dcl mlijeka 0.9% mm - prije treninga
o4: 50 gr integralne rize, 100 pilecih prsa, 2 žlice kuhanog kelja i krumpira (ostalo od rucka :P) crveni kupus na salatu - to nisam vagala
o5: jogurt 1,5 cdl 0.9%mm - to pred samo spavanje

Dorucak : 130 g zobenih
Mo: 100 tjestenine sa 100 g graha
Mo: 100 g riže
Rucak : 100 tjestenine sa 75 g dimceka
PreWM: 50 g riže + 3 bjelanjka
PWM : 100 g riže + 200 g prsa
Sinoc nisam imao vecere , ovi medjuobroci su mi u školi
problem mi je unošenje nezasicenih masti
