Pozdrav,imam 19 godina,visok sam 172 i imam 68 kila te me zanima moze li mi neko pregledat i rec jel ovaj moj plan dobar.
06:00- kreatin
07:00- trening
08:00- proteini,dekstroza,kreatin
09:00- 100gr zobenih,banana,2bjelanjka,1 zumanjak
11:00- 100 gr rize,150 gr pilecih prsa,mrkva
13:00- naranca
14:20- 100 gr rize,150 gr pilecih,mrkva
15:30- banana
18:00- 100 gr rize,150 gr pilecih,mrkva
20:30- naranca
21:30- 100 gr posnog sira,2 bjelanjka,1 zumanjak

Začini malo taj jelovnik......ok, vjerujem da baš svaki dan neće bit ovako ali onda si mogao dat primjer bar 3 dana ;)

Koliko kg planiraš ići gore? Dobivaš li inače lako na kilaži ili? Otkad jedeš ovako?

Naravno da ubacim i malo tjestenine,krumpira i tako.. sta ti imas protiv piletine😂😂
svaki dan je isto i nije mi tesko :)
jos 15-20 kg,
pa tesko dobijam na kilazi ali evo u mj dana kak jedem po ovom planu 4 kile su gore,naravno i kreatin je tu dosta pripomogo.
