   Zanimaju me vasi saveti za sto bolje rezultate na treningu trudim se maksimalno ali ja na sebi ne primecujem nista osim sto mrsavim :)

   i uz ovo što je zmaj napisao doslovce žderi meso, posni sir i pazi da jedeš dovoljno uh i nezasicenih masti :D 
 
   
  da ti ne objašnjavam sve pretraži forum ali cu ti rec koja su mesa poželjna; piletina, puretina, konjetina, junetina sretno  |
