Prehrana je sigurno u manjku, a za trening ne znamo :)</div><div><br></div><div>Nemoj naglo skočiti, ne gledaj na brojeve nego dodavaj malo pomalo, da kroz koji tjedan dođeš na tih 1500...sad ti se tijelo vjerojatno prebacilo na malo sporiji mod rada pa bi ti i to bio suficit, što je možda prije svega bilo održavanje ili čak vjerojatnije ispod njega...</div><div><br></div><div>Ako želiš, otvori svoju posebnu temu i piši što jedeš pa ćemo te postepeno ispravljati......ili piši meni u inbox ako ti je tako lakše&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>

Popravljam se po tom pitanju.  A treniram 5 dana tjedno, vikend pauza jer vikendom cesto moram putovati.  A ako sam stvarno zauzeta onda znam i 3x tjedno]]>

Pobrini se za to jer manje mišića znači i sporiji metabolizam, a upravo je to ono što ti sabotira fat loss.</div><div><br></div><div>Vjerojatno nisi imala dovoljno energije u obliku uh-a ili masti i možda i nedovoljno dobro trenirala...prvo sve to dovest u red pa ćeš vidjet rezultata.....ne znam koliko kcal sada jedeš ali bi ih polagano trebalo dizat (nikako ne naglo) i možda popravit trening. Treba tijelo uvjerit da mu treba mišićna masa, a ne trebaju zalihe masti jer nema straha od gladi <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" />&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
