    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=22439">smoki1985</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9917<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 29&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2014 at 12:58<br /><br />Bok.Evo i mene na forumu sa zanimanjem skidanja sala sa trbuha i bedara koje se nakupilo poslije prestanka igranja nogometa i manjka vremena zbog posla.<br /><br />Imam namjeru krenuti za 10 dana u teretanu,išao bi 3x tjedno i zanima me šta bi sve trebao jesti tijekom dana i kad treniram i kad ne?<br /><br />Dali uz to i trčat natašte kad mrvicu zatopli lagano cca 30min?<br /><br />Imam 77kg i 173cm,kilogrami nisu problem koliko izgled samog tijela]]>
