Ja recimo izbjegavam bilo kakve vjezbe za noge (ekstenzija, fleksija), ali sam zato dosta na <span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">biciklu </span>(6 min zagrijavanja, pa na utege i za kraj 30 min bicikla) i na <span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline;">rolanju</span>. Trcati, na žalost, ne smijem </span><img style="color: rgb255, 5š, 153;" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0"><span style="color: rgb(255, 5š, 153);"> ali trcanje je naaaaaj za bedra. <br><br>Sve ti se svede na to da ako ih ne mozes smanjiti - <span style="text-decorati&#šš1;n: underline; font-weight: bold;">UTEGNI IH</span>! Noge su zaista skupina koja se brže od drugih regenerira i spremnija je za konstantna opterecenja.<br>]]>
