    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=826">daxxx</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 988<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2008 at 11:45<br /><br />pozdrav, novi sam tu na forumu<br><br>trebao bih pomoc oko treninga, a ovakva je moja situacija:<br>imam 20 god, visok sam š78 i imam 65(+-)kg (znam, malo je :D)<br>treniraosam atletiku 2 i pol godine - do kraja 4tog razreda srednje, no kad jepoceo fax, s time sam prestao zaozbiljno... ovih dana odem tu i tamo nastadion, u fitness odradit trening, da ne omlohavim :)<br>e sad, dosta sam mršav, pa imam želju malo "narast", tj. dobiti mišicnu masu (posebice u rukama)..<br>pabi me zanimalo ako imate kakve savjete u vezi vježbi - da mi predložiteneki plan treninga za što brži rast mišica (ruku i trbuha prvenstveno),te u vezi prehrane-suplemenata &#091;ovdje mi je pouzdan izvor savjetovao ultimate nutrition isopreme (whey)&#093;<br><br><br>pozz&nbsp;&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by daxxx</span>]]>
