    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2034">Gym_girl</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9843<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2015 at 12:34<br /><br /><div><br></div><div>Uglavnom ste pokrili sve&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />&nbsp;Najčešće je upravo premalo hrane, previše zabrana zajedno sa previše treninga glavni krivac za tu luđačku potrebu za hranom, uglavnom junkom jer pametno tijelo zna iz čega će dobit najviše energije u najkraćem roku&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></div><div><br></div><div>Meni je najdraži termin za malo opuštanja - nakon dobrog treninga&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />&nbsp;Inače, ne mora svaki opušten dan bit junk dan...jednostavno se povise kcal iz dobrih izvora i benefit još i bolji :) Meni najčešće tako i više odgovara jer i nemam neke prečeste potrebe za junkom....pogotovo ne ovim pekarskim, to odavno nisam :) Pizza i sladoled tu i tamo, vrh....evo upravo sinoć odrađeni jedna homemade, do krajnje sitosti&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /></div><div><br></div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Gym_girl - 30&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2015 at 12:35</span>]]>
