    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13640">silver</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9813<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2014 at 11:09<br /><br />pozdrav :)<br />trebala bi mi vaša pomoć vezano za vježbanje u teretani, tj neke smjernice koje bi mi vježbe bile najbolje.<br />imam 33 godine, 180 cm i 68-69 kg. i dvoje djece i psa, znači aktivna sam cijeli dan. dobro, posao mi je sjedeći ali mi nervoza i stres nadoknade taj manjak fizičke aktivnosti  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br />klasika, malo bih učvrstila tijelo. kući imam orbitrek, cijelu kolekciju dvd-a jillian michaels ali bi krenula u teretanu. i to nakon posla, jer mi je najzgodnije oko 19 sati navečer kad radim popodnevnu smjenu, znači svako drugi dan.<br />od čega da krenem? koje bi mi vježbe bile najbolje? znam da tamo ima nekoliko trenera ali bih voljela bar neke stvari znati prije nego zakoračim tamo..<br />hvala unaprijed  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
