A sto se masti tice one se izbjegavaju u bb (lose masti) a umjesto njih unosis laneno ulje, maslac od kikiikija,maslinovo i riblje ulje. Znaci ne jesti svinjsku i ostale lose masti... A unos proteina neka ti ide 2 gr po kilogramu tjelesne mase. ]]>
