Veoma općenito, ako ti uložak pomaže na pravilan prijenos opterećenja članka, a ne dovodi do opasnosti povrede, radi sa njim. Ukoliko je nepravilno opterećenje bilo kojeg zgloba, može doći do pojačanog trošenja, zakoni biomehanike važe uvijek :(.  Dosta profesionalnih sportaša koriste uloške. Zdravlje prije svega. <br />  Bosonogo dizanje, pod kontroliranim uvjetima, i ako nekome odgovara, može i OK je, tj DA, no nisam primijetio da je u tom slučaju obavezno pranje nogu prije ulaska u dvoranu a ima nas svakakvih...<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by iver - 07&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2014 at 21:55</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9722">Markan1989</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9781<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2014 at 21:47<br /><br />što se deadlifta tiče bitno da je ravna podloga (bosa noga ili tenisice s ravnim đonom usprkos spuštenim stopalima), čučanj može bosa noga ako se posjeduje dovoljna fleksibilnost ili nešto da je peta malo podignuta (ali ne utege pod stopala jer to ubija svrhu i uporno pojačava neravnomjernost snage tijela) veslanje u pretklonu ista stvar kao i deadlift, za standing overhead press nisam siguran <br /><br />uglavnom uzmeš neke s ravnim đonom i nećeš fulat, ako su sviška bosa noga ;)]]>
