    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=22001">kenokng</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9775<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2014 at 14:58<br /><br />pokusao sam edit ali nece ne ide,a zaboravio sam napisati osnovne stvari....imam 125 kg,cilj mi je smrsati na 100 kg,poceo sa m sa treninzima ove sedmice,treniram 4 puta sedmicno po planu i programu tipa ponedeljak grudi i triceps,utorak ledja biceps srijeda pauza,cetvrtak ramena petak noge i grudi....jednom sedmincno imam timsko trcanje na jednom nasem setalistu + jedan trening sedmicno Floor hockey.Led nam pocinje u Januaru i planiram koliko toliko smanjiti svoju tezinu.<br /><br />Moja ishrana izgleda ovako (naravno od ponedeljka):<br />Dorucak:Zobene pahuljice(viola) sa mlijekom 0.5%mm+30 gr. whey protein<br />Medju obrok:rizni krekeri (k-plus 100 grama) i ponekad neka vocka<br />Rucak:pileci fileti peceni bez ulja i masti 250 gr+ salata ili tunjeina cijedjena + salata/riza<br />Poslije treninga(jer sam na poslu do 15:30):whey protein 50gr+jabuka<br />Vecera:Posni sir (odokativno)...<br /><br />imate li nekih prijedloga o promjenama smanjivanju itd....<br /><br />lijep pozdrav]]>
