    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=21975">boba1983</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9769<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2014 at 17:19<br /><br />jedno kretko pitanje vezano za HIIT trening kod trcanja,da li igranje malog fudbala se moze svrstati u hiit trening,ja ga igram 2 puta u 7 dana sa ozbiljnom ekipom i posle tih sat vremena ja sam bukvalno totalno iscrpljen,butine gore,jer ima mnogo istrcavanja bas sa 95 posto snage mnogo cimanja levo desno ,i ja se posle utakmice osecam kao da sam radio 10 istrcavanja sa sprintovima 30 sec sa pauzama 60 sec,znaci da li se taj fidbal moze svrstati u hiit trnening hvala<br>]]>
