Samo isto je to puno izgubljenih kilograma u relativno kratkom roku. Ne znam koji bih ti program preporučila, možda netko bude znao. <br />Napiši jelovnike od nekoliko dana, imam osjećaj da malo jedeš ;)]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20895">lynch</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9752<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2014 at 15:07<br /><br />Cao :)<div><br></div><div>Nova sam ovdje, zovem se Alin, imam 19 godina i živim u blizini Poreča :)</div><div>Počela sam redovno (svakodnevno) vježbati pred malo više od mjesec dana uz prehranu baziranu na proteinima, povrću i voću, i pri tome sam izgubila 8 kg&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /></div><div>Nije samo da želim skinuti kile (kojih ima previše) nego i općenito promijeniti životni stil i okrenuti se zdravoj hrani i vježbanju&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0" alt="Clap" title="Clap" /></div><div>Znači trenutno:&nbsp;</div><div>visina: 163 cm</div><div>težina: 67 kg&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley21.gif" border="0" alt="Thumbs Down" title="Thumbs Down" />&nbsp;(and going down)</div><div>U 35 dana sam prešla iz veličine hlača 42 u 38&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" /></div><div><br></div><div>Inače studiram biologiju mora, obožavam more i biologiju i plivanje i ljeto i sve to...ako nekoga baš jako zanima slušam rock/metal \m/</div><div><br></div><div>Zanima me da li mi itko može preporučiti neki fini program vježbanja, s obzirom da 4 puta tjedno radim cardio, a 3 puta tjedno vježbe snage ( svaki po 45 minuta) + 2 puta tjedno trčim ( oko 2 km, jer više ne mogu&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" alt="Cry" title="Cry" />) ?</div><div><br></div><div>Bitno je napomenuti da prije mjesec dana nikad nisam trenerku stavila na sebe zbog vježbanja *ashamed*</div><div><br></div><div>Caooo :D</div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by lynch - 10&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2014 at 15:13</span>]]>
