Meni je tako znalo stati. Predlažem da pratiš na vagi svaki tjedan ako ne ide dolje ništa onda ili pojačaj trening ili smanji hranu. I nemoj odmah jako smanjiti hranu ostavi si da imaš lufta za smanjivanje. I sretno!]]>

Sardine, papaline, barem jedan obrok dnevno. Čajevi su ok, no ne rade čuda. Ja osobno pijem ginseng oolong čaj, zanimljiviji je nego klasični zeleni.<br>]]>

Idem na aerobik dva puta tjedno,prehrana mi je povrce,voce,piletina i riba i puno zelenog caja, u predjelu trbuha uvijek imam malo sala kako da to rijesim,mozda teretana da to se malo sve zategne dodatno ??? :-)<br />Neznam od kud pocet ?!?!?!?]]>
