    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20840">be_fit</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9733<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2014 at 22:16<br /><br />Pozdrav svima, <br /><br />I ja sam ovdje, kao i vecina, zbog istog problema - nikako da kile krenu dolje. <br /><br />Da se predstavim - Viki, 29 godina, 160cm i uzasnih 67 kila, od kojih sam 9 kg dobila u posljednjih godinu i pol - prvo sjedeci po cijele dane pred kompom dok sam trazila posao, pa dalje radeci uredski posao, znaci opet sjedenje, fizicka aktivnost skoro pa ravna nuli, no problem je u tome sto ne jedem toliko da bih nabacila sve te kile. <br />Naime, mislim da su me "unistile" pizze, gazirana pica i "prirodni vocni sokovi" tipa cappy i sl. <br /><br />Pratila sam vas i prije, no jucer sam naisla na vas clanak Kako u 5 tjedana izgubiti 5 kg masti i to me totalno motiviralo, te sam odlucila poceti od sutra. Cilj mi je doci na 50kg, drzite mi palceve :)<br /><br />Zanimaju me 2 stvari pa bih molila ako mi moze netko odgovoriti: <br />1) mogu li ne koristiti proteine za dorucak i nakon treninga, vec pojesti samo zobene pahuljice? <br />2) da li su mi prilikom treninga dovoljni utezi za ruke od 2kg? <br /><br />Svaki savjet bi mi dobro dosao :) <br /><br />Hvala :)]]>
