    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20786">janfit1</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9697<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 21&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2014 at 16:19<br /><br />Pozrav Fitnvcima!<br /><br />Uglavno imam 13g dolazim iz Zagreba.<br /><br />Ovo je najbolja fitnnes stranica u hrvatskoj tako da sam se i ja htio priključiti sve je super objašnjeno na  njoj i jako mi se sviđa.<br /><br />Imam 164cm 42kg(mršav sam al to me ne brine) imam sjajne trbušnjake a želja mi je povecati misice na rukama prsima i ojačati leđa i ramena,<br />ako ima ko kakav savjet rado ću ga poslušati ali meni je zasad ovakav plan rada : 50 zgibova 200 sklekova 5x 5-6 vježbi za trbušnjake po 20-30 ponavljanja 8 vježbi sa elastičnom trakom i 10 vježbi sa ketballom(ne preko ramnea da mi se rast ne zaustavi 40 čučnjeva na dan na air pad-u(nekad i sa kettleballom radim), i na kraju 1h trčanja(sprint)-zagrijavlje 5 min zatim 3 kruga 200m 4x 50m sa odomorom 4x 100m s odomorom i 200m 2x i za kraj 3 min trčanja+istezanje]]>
