    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=16087">headhunterz</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9696<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2014 at 14:38<br /><br />Pozdrav, hoces manje celulita, hvataj se utega i kratkih intenzivnih treninga s vlastitom težinom tijela, nekakva hodanja i sl. sam prije zagovarao, ali je to blago receno goli ku.rac tako da ovo spomenuto samo radi + naravno ishrana neka umjerena, ne moras stalno bas jesti cisto i paziti na sve, samo gledaj da jedes po osjecaju i da ne pretovaras zeludac, dakle, puno kvalitetne aktivnosti i hrane po želji uz dovoljan unos proteina i nemas brige...jedino varljivo kod slatkog je to da slatko sprjecava signalizaciju mozgu o leptinu (hormonu koji ti signalizira da si sita) tako da slatko kad jedes imaj neku dozu koju ces pojesti i nemas straha od sala i celulita, nejde to samo tako preko noci, isto kao i dobivanje misica bla bla. Već par godina se bavim različitim oblicima grupnih treninga, uglavnom jačeg intenziteta i dosta vježbi uz to. Trudim se hodati što više, ponekad planinarenje i tako to :) Isto se trudim hraniti zdravo, naglašavam trudim :) Mada volim dosta voće i uglikohidrate, a ponekad si dam oduška i uživam u slatkom. Ali sve u svemu ne pretjerujem. Dosta sam čvrsta, izgradila sam mišiće, ali opet imam dosta celulita, unatoč poštivanju većine klasičnih savjeta u borbi protiv njega :/ A i htjela bih skinuti još kojih 3-4 kg. A već dugo mi ova težina stagnira. Vidim da imate puno dobrih savjeta pa možda imate i konkretno za mene koji :)]]>
