Normalno ako imaš domaće što god jedi definitivno voća i povrća...ali ne ubijaj se ako slatko pojedeš... imaš 14 godina...tek se počinješ razvijati... i crossfit? Dali je trener stobom? ili to sam radiš?]]>

   <title>Pozz :D : Pozdrav svima, ja sam Ivan, imam...</title>

Sportom se bavim od 6. godine , nedavno sam krenuo na crossfit. Moj problem je sto se neispravno hranim, dorucak svaki dan jedem zobene pahuljice, za ručak je tu uvijek dosta povrca i mesa i svega :D za veceru uglavnom shake s bananom i zobenim (poslje treninga) to gore je super (ja mislim) ali moj problem je to sto jedem previse slatkog. Kada nekad prestanem jest slatko i te gluposti oko 2 tjedna sve bude super ono bas krenem u dobrom smjeru i onda opet krenem  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  uglavnom moze neki savjeti u vezi toga. Btw. imam 14 godina :D]]>
