Stimulus na treningu + dovoljno kcal da podrži rast, no ne onog što ne želimo :)</div><div><br></div><div>Nakon treninga p+uh, sa što manje masti. Taj kikiriki na kruhu još i može proći ali ako uskladimo količine. No jogurt je preslab izvor proteina, zapravo je miješani izvor p i uh - onda bolje svježi sir. Inače, osim toga rađe bih ja tu gurala meso, jaja, ribu....ili neku kombinaciju sa wheyem.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Kažem, čak i nije teško odabrati pravu hranu (svi znamo što treba jesti), teže je naći količine svega koje će tebi odgovarati. A to ćeš srediti tako da si postaviš neki start, okvir, i pratiš. Možda ti više pašu uh-i, možda si više na strani masti, možda si negdje u ravnoteži (najviše me vuče na ovo ili čak na ovo prvo)...to sad treba naći...</div><div><br></div><div>I reci što hoćeš ali trbuh je zakon, a ostatak slika čekamo ;)</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>A da...trening....pec pec, meni nista bez toga ;) zgibova, veslanja i potisaka za ramena...<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" />&nbsp;Samo smanji ponavljanja i upri&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20718">matercula</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9671<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 12&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2015 at 16:33<br /><br />Evo ovako u globalu...hvala za kompliment,nije to lose,ali moglo bi i bolje...i bude,samo da se jos malo poslozi sve<br />Probat cu sliknut i ostatak,da vidis.<br />Ipak sam jos prije osam mjeseci vukla trbusinu ,a i godine su to,jos sam i s vremenom ogranicena.<br />Znaci ti bi pojacala prehranu i treninge<br />Daj mi molim te napisi kako bi ti jela i kombinirala treninge,ne moras ono doslovno,nego otprilike,da si na mom mjestu.<br />Dorucak i uzinu i rucak zadrzim isto,prije treninga nesto...a mogu prije treninga whey uzeti,pa poslije treninga npr.kruh sa maslacem od kikirikija ,jabuku i jogurt,ili feta/mozarella s kruhom i salatom<br />Pa je to to sto se hrane tice.<br />A kombinacija vjezbi je dobra? Mozda bi jos u UB dodala 1vjezbu za pectoralis? <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
