    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=22217">dena75</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9592<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2015 at 17:54<br /><br />....zato obožajem HIIT body weight<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" alt="Big smile" title="Big smile" />...25 minuta sa pauzama od 30 secundi...stvar je šta su tijelo ne može adaptirat jer ga maltretiraš 25 minuta i još uz to rotiraš non stop vježbe...npr noge sa 20 kg težine kad se rade i onda kad dođe zadnjih 5-6 minuta....tih 20 kg bude toliko teško.... imaš osjećaj &nbsp;da dižeš 200kg ....i onda opališ zadnje 3 serije skok na kutiju bez utega....e tu si već mrtvo magare<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />....a i puls skoči na 200bmp.....i iza toga 10min tražiš zraka a hodaš ka po jajima<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" />....unos UH prije toga mora biti bogat....]]>
