Jedem više proteina, nešto manje ugljikohidrata, a masti ne pratim jer se svugdje nađu tu i tamo. Izbacila sam junk, sve prerađeno i to je to. Tako već pet mjeseci. ]]>

Pri tome mislim da su eventualno spušteni- neizraženi luk između donjeg dijela leđa i gluteusa. Radim čučnjeve, iskorake, kickove, core, sve živo, ali ne pomaže. Ako itko može pomoći, bila bih i više nego zahvalna!  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
