    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19966">dekipkc20</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9514<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2014 at 00:40<br /><br />Radim zgibove oko 1 mjesec sve varijacije.Broj ponavljanja mi uopce nije bitan vec ultra sporo dizanje i spustanje.Sad me interesira kad bih radio npr s utegom od 15kg i samo negativna 2-3 tjedna dali bi mi se isplatilo vise nego nastaviti vjezbanje sad na 4-5 mjeseci bez utega ( sve osim ruskog ).Gledao sam malo iskustva i neki su odma nakon tjedan dana krenuli s negativnim s opterecenjima do 15 kila i tako 2-3 tjedna onda su obicni bez utega vec lagano isli po 20 u seriji<div><br></div><div>Zanima me misljenje pogotovo iz iskustva :)</div>]]>
