   <title>teretena pocetnica help!!! : Nakon provedenog jutra u citanju...</title>

Do sada sam uvijek isla na grupne treninge i sada sam upisala teretanu.Isla sam dva puta i napravila sve po malo ali govore mi svi, to ti nije dobro . Sada vise ne znam da li da rasporedim 3 puta tjedne treninga u splitove npr 1. noge ,ramena ,2 leda , tricepsi, 3 prsa ,bicepsi ili da i dalje radim za pocetak sve po malo sat vremena kao naprimjer traka 15 minuta i oko 3 serije po 12 ponavljanja sa malom kilazom. Totalno sam se izgubila ta teretana je prava znanost. Uglavnom nemam bas viska kilograma htjela bi poraditi na boljoj definiciji tijela.<br><br>Pomozite ne bi htjela gubit vrijeme radeci nesto sto nema koristi, na prehranu pazim samo me te raspodjele u teretani muce.<br>]]>
