Ako grijesim, da mi neko objasni, jer tek sam u fazi spoznavanja sta je sta. ]]>

Bitno mi je samo da ne spada u "losu hranu" :D Kako sam shvatila sve sto se tice mlijecnih prozivoda je dozvoljeno :)]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=20926">Didii</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9448<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2014 at 21:31<br /><br />Hvala, odgovor me bas obradovao :D<br /><br />Eh ima li tu ko da mi kaze da li sam danas napravila gresaka s ishranom..Ovako mi je protekao dan..<br /><br />8:00 Zobene s medom i mlijekom i kafa<br />10:00 kardio vjezbe nisam dugo, nekih 15 min. iz razloga sto me misici bole od prethodnog dana pa idem lakse malo dok ne popuste<br />11:00 uzina--pileci file przen na maslacu i solja bijele rize, salata--ljute feferone (jer znam da su dobre za metabolizam)<br />14:00 rucak--omlet od przenog crvenog luka i jaja, s 2 snite crnog hljeba<br />17:00  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ovdje mislim da sam zabrljala, pila sam kafu u tom vremenu, jer sam bila na poslu, i pojela jednu frutabelu od voca i crne cokolade<br />20:00 crna kifla od nekih 170 grama, sa sjemenkama i konzerva tune u biljnom ulju od 115 g.<br /> Mislim da sam danas oborila rekord sto se vode tice, ne znam koliko sam je ni popila :)<br /><br />Jos da napomenem, da svako jutro nataste iscjedim pola limuna u casu vode i popijem, plus zalijem s jos dvije case ciste vode.Sta mislite o tome, da li je ispravno?]]>
