Sesti dan sa unosom ispod 30g. Mislim da prva dva tjedna nisam bio u pravoj keto dijeti jer sam imao dosta veliki postotak proteina u prehrani, cak u vecini dana vise proteina nego masti, pa se onda taj visak proteina pretvara u UH, tako sam barem citao. :/<div><br></div><div>Sada cu pokusati malo vise masti u tom omjeru kalorija trositi, pa se javim kako je proslo.<br><div><br></div><div><br></div></div>]]>

Slabost iz prvoga tjedna je nestala i osjecam se kao da imam vise energije nego prije ketoa, cak i mozak nadolazi pomalo hehe. Prehranu sam malo poboljsao, Avangarde bit ces ponosna jer sam izbacio hrenovke i mrkvu :). Malo sam pojacao sa ribom, govedinom, zeljenjavom, ostatak je ostao skoro identican. Ponosan sam osobito na zadnja 4 dana sa ispod 30g UH po danu. Organizam se izgleda vec navikao funkcionirati s time i nemam nikakve nuspojave. Pijem kalcij, magnezij i malo vise solim nego inace. Cak sam za vikend popio malo vodke, ciste, 0 UH, 2 casice, tako da nije bilo prevelike stete izuzev koje kalorije vise :D</div><div><br></div><div>Kilaza stagnira vec 4,5 dana se vrtim oko 95,5 ali kao da osjecam da cu uskoro probiti tu granicu i spustiti se ispod. Jos uvijek se osjecam dosta slabije u teretani i cesto mi je 'magla' u glavi, cudan osjecaj, Citao sam na stranim forumima, kazu da je to jedan oblik keto flu, keto gripe kroz koju se prolazi kada se organizam prebacuje sa ugljikohidrata na masti i da moze trajati i do 2 jedna zavisno o pojedincu. </div><div><br /></div><div>Imam pitanje u vezi punjenja, razmisljam o punjenju UH sub i ned, da li je to pametno sad obzirom da sam tek desetak dana u ketu? Pojacaj masti iz kvalitetnih izvora tipa orasi, bademi, maslinovo ulje, kokosovo ulje, laneno..Ja kupim keto stiks pa gledam na njih iako i to je otom potom ali treba mi jedno tjedan dana da upadnem. Uglavnom, ovisno koliko kg mislis skinit i koliko masti imas trebas punjenja radit. Probaj prvo radit nakon 2, pa čak i 3 tj i onda svakih tjedan dana]]>

Malo mi je bilo teze u pocetku jer nikada nisam brojao kalorije niti bio ne nekoj dijeti gdje ovoliko moram razmisljati o namirnicama i u shopingu za svaki proizvod okrecem i citam deklaracije :D (shoping zna potrajati! :D)<div><br></div><div>update:</div><div><br></div><div>Pon (2650cal) (49g UH)</div><div>proteinx2, 320g kuhane sunke, 450g rajcice, 200g gaude, 150ml mjoneze, 1hrenovka, 2 mrkve</div><div><br></div><div>Uto (2500cal) (103gUH)</div><div>proteinx2, rajcica, 150g posnog, 350g pecene piletine, 400g mix povrca svjeze, govedji odrezak, 400g spinata, 50ml majoneze, 170g mesnog nareska</div><div><br></div><div>Kilaza zadnjih 5 dana stabilna oko 95,5-96,0. Cekam da se to prelomi pa da motivacija poraste. Ubacio sam i glutamin uz protein jer mi je u proslosti puno pomagao u oporavku kada sam malao napornije trenirao. Jos uvijek se osjecam dosta slabije u teretani i cesto mi je 'magla' u glavi, cudan osjecaj, Citao sam na stranim forumima, kazu da je to jedan oblik keto flu, keto gripe kroz koju se prolazi kada se organizam prebacuje sa ugljikohidrata na masti i da moze trajati i do 2 jedna zavisno o pojedincu.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Imam pitanje u vezi punjenja, razmisljam o punjenju UH sub i ned, da li je to pametno sad obzirom da sam tek desetak dana u ketu? Ili da izdrzim jos malo u ketu pa onaj vikend iza punim?</div>]]>
