Treniram 5 puta na tjedan, prsa, leša, noge su mi izrasle ali samo ruke ne. Bicepsu i tricepsu sam davao extra paznje ali nista se nije desilo. Kada sam radio ruke, nikakve upale nije bilo sljedeci dan. prehranu sam promijenio, ali nikako ne mogu dorucak jer imam skolu ujutro pa moram jest sendvice, al pazim da je razeno pecivo i sunka. Spavam 7 ipol- 8 sati dnevno + popodnevni odmor od pola sata. Jel mozda nevalja trening, prehrana il premalo odmaram. Svaki savjet mi je dobrodosao:)]]>
