Stani na nekakvu kutiju/klupicu/nesto i jednostavno "cucnjas" :). Slobodna noga prolazi pored kutije, a prema podu i natrag gore<br /><br />Nisam bas najbolje objasnio ali you get the picture.<br /><br />Inace push/pull/legs kao sistem treniranja je odlicna stvar]]>
