To mi je fora kombinacija - omlet sa rižom, zapravo bulgurom pa sve smješano u kašicu&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" />&nbsp;Ili ga jednostavno staviš na kruh&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" />&nbsp;Dakle, jednostavnih kombinacija koliko hoćeš :) Di god ti fale masti ubaciš taj žumanjak i to je to&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /></div><div><br></div><div>A ako radiš omlet - istva stvar, ostaviš extra žumanjke u hladnjaku za omlet drugi dan :) Ili nađeš neki fitness receptić u koji idu žumanjci pa se malo i poigraš kuhara&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>A što se tiče priče oko kolesterola i toga, mislim da se čak i ne priča više o tome koliko se isponavljalo, i nije problem u kolesterolu....nego u jednostavnom slaganju nutrijenata, ko to već radi. 3 cijela jaja nisu isto što i 3 bjelanjka :) tako da je očito da netko ko pazi na omjere i kcal i želi masti i kcal poštedit za neki drugi obrok, jednostavno smanji količinu žumanjaka. Druga stvar su ljudi koji pate od hiperholesteremije! <div>Prepuno je provitamina D, holina, vitamina, kvalitetnih masti, a uostalom holesterol je preteca najmanje pola hormona u tijelu - dakle svih steroidnih hormona, ukljucujuci i spolne hormone.</div><div>Nemoj zumanjce bacati, al nemoj ni pretjerivati naravno.
