    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9722">Markan1989</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9313<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2014 at 13:12<br /><br />radi treninga snage (veliko opterećenje, 3-5 ponavljanja u 5-8 serija sa kratkim intervalnim kardio finišerima ili kompleks finišerima (guglaj, ima puno o tome) i sredi klopu, obično se u klopi krije zamka (ili nisi dovoljno smanjila ili ti jednostavno treba neki refeed da se tijelo malo resetira) naprednije je cikliranje uh a još žešće (nada ne preporučam :P) keto dijeta al sumnjam da ti ona treba<br /><br />po meni je ovo previše kardija, utezi bolje tope masti jer daju jači metabolički učinak a više mišića troši više masnih naslaga ;)]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19742">Lara_Croft</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9313<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2014 at 12:23<br /><br />LP<br />ja sam Amra,imam 24 godine...dugo godina sma trenirala box ali zbog povrede zglobova morala sam se odreci :/ u periodu poslije toga nekih 2 3 godine prestala sam se baviti bilo kojom sportskom aktivnoscu,znaci bacila sam se u depru i ofc junk food :D na svoju visinu 1.73 nabila sam 78kg sto  je bilo strasno za osobu koja se nije micala sa 56-58kg napokon prije nekih 4mjeseca dosla sam sebi  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> uz aero treninge vratila sam kilazu na 60kg posljednja 3 mjeseca striktno zdrava hrana,teretana i uopste ne zastranjujem na junk food  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />...e sad 2x dnevno radm aero trening :setnja,brzo hodanje,trcanje i jednom dnevno trening vlastitom tezinom...iskreno zadovoljna sam ishodom medjutim na ovoliku kolicinu treninga definicijom i ne bas :/ help]]>
