Mozda pogrijesim, ima tu iskusne ekipe koja ce me ispraviti:<br /><br />1. ocat, voda, sto god zelis, ako ti pase ujutro samo udaraj<br />2. ALI zapamti da dorucak moras pojesti<br />3. ponovno procitaj tocku 2.<br />4. vrati veceru<br /><br /><br />Krenuo sam nabrajati po tockama ali je moja saljiva strana prevagnula :) pa da ti dam par principa koje moras usvojiti ako zelis uspjeti na dugi rok.<br /><br />Ogranicis li drasticno hranu, uskratis li svom organizmu potrebne hranjive tvari saljes mu signal da nastupa "razgoblje gladi". Tvoje tijelo krene gubiti kile (naglasavam KILE; ne mast nego kile jer vecinu od toga vjerojatno gubis misice) do jedne granice kada se privikne i pocne cuvati mast za to "razdoblje gladi". <br /><br />Te drasticne dijete, restrikcije hrane, "ne jedem iza 6 navecer" i slicne gluposti bih ja zabranio zakonom! Pogotovo kad ljudi uz to jos zabriju da treba trcati kao manijak i onda se skroz istope, a nakon 6 mjeseci vrate svu mast koju su izgubili. <br /><br />Dakle, saznaj koliko kalorija dnevno ti treba za normalno funkcioniranje. Od toga oduzmi neku vrijednost, recimo 200-300 i probaj svaki dan jesti tako, nesto ispod svojih metabolickih potreba.  Uz to treniraj lagano  (idealno u teretani ali ako ne mozes ili ne volis teretaniu nadji nesto sto volis, trckaraj, bicikliraj, brzo hodaj, premeci sijeno u staglju).  Kile ce iz tjedna u tjedan nestajati ali nije to bitno - bitno je da ode mast, a ostane misic. Od misica izgledas estetski lijepo, osjecas se dobro i najbitnije od svega - bit ces zdrava.<br /><br />Drasticna redukcija hrane i ekstremna tjelesna aktivnost "sagorjevaju misice", cijede iz tebe energiju i dizu mogucnost ozljedjivanja te debljanja nakon prestanka takvog rezima (jer to nitko ne moze izdrzati na dugi rok).<br /><br />]]>
