    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19500">smaragd</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 9280<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2014 at 19:16<br /><br />Primjeri jelovnika:<br /><br />Dorucak: <br />1. kroasan + perec<br />2. cokolada ili keksi (1 cijela cokolada 100 g ili npr pakiranje jaffa keksa skoro cijelo)<br />3. kruh sa sirnim namazom<br /><br />Rucak:<br />1.Tjestenina sa umakom od sira<br />2. varivo od lece + bijeli kruh (2-3 snite)<br />3. przeni krumpirici i povrce u woku<br /><br />Medjuobrok: nazalost gotovo uvijek nesto slatko<br /><br />Vecera: <br />1. nesto przeno (najcesce krumpirici)<br />2. kruh + namazi <br />3. tjestenina s.umakom od rajcice ili tunom<br /><br />Gotovo svaki dan.pokedem neko voce (vesto banane). Sokove pijem 1 u dva-tri dana oko 2 deci. Kavu pijem bez secera. Sad kad pisem vidim koliko se grozno hranim. <br />Tesko mi jje pisati o kojim se kolicinama radi jjer nisam nikad.mjerila.<br />Od aktivnosti: hidam oko 2 h dnevno. zimi osim toga rijetko sta radim. Ljeti rolam 2-3 puta tjedno, hodam i povremeno trcim.Hvala na ljubaznosti i brzom odgovoru Proucavam teme na nutricionizmu.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;]]>

Takoder, sve planove treninga i prehrane imas na forumu, nitko ti ovdje bar koliko znam nece pisati individualizirani plan prehane i treninga besplatno. Pronjuskaj po forumu, ima hrpa treninga, forumasi stavljaju svoje jelovnike pod Nutricionizam. Malo volje i strpljenja i 10 kg nece biti veliki problem u 3mj<br />sretno<br />pozz]]>

Ovako, visoka sam 178 cm i imam 73 kg. Htjela bi u 3 mjeseca smrsaviti 10-ak kila pa vas molim za savjete i preporuke. Inace, dosta sam aktivna i u relativno dobroj formi. Problem je sto jedem dosta UH jer nisam bas neki mesojed ii lijena sam si ppripremati hranu pa cesto zgrijesim u pekarnici ili nekom fast foodu. Ako je ntko voljan neka.mi napise neki plan treninga i prehrane koji bi ne mogaodovesti doovog rezultata a ja obecajem da cu ga se pridrzavati. :) Hvala!]]>
